Welcome to Drift Away Mushing Adventures in Massachusetts! We are a family owned and operated kennel who races sled dogs and has been raising dogs for over 22 years.
Programs
Drift Away Kennel offers mushing tours or dog dog rides in central Massachusetts. Take a ride through the woods and countryside on a dog sled or hire us to give rides at your club or group event. We offer educational programs for schools, clubs, and home school groups. Cold weather or warm weather we offer snow dog sledding and in the warm weather cart dog sledding.

As the premier dog sled touring operator in Massachusetts, our kennel offers a variety of dogsled rides in MA ranging from 2 - 50 miles, including dog sledding overnight trips. We welcome guests of all ages and abilities to meet our sled dogs, pet them, help to harness/hitch the teams and even help drive!

Sydney grew up with animals underfoot. She has been raised with dogs, goats, horses, and a variety of other animals. Although she is a teenager, she is driven and responsible. She trains her dogs faithfully and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure their good health ....
